The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the train station and several shopping centers.
Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed the old and run-down appearance. The carpet was filthy, with food crumbs and hair scattered all over it.

the hotel was equipped with an indoor pool and a fitness room, both of which were maintained clean and hygienic. the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was key, close to both public transportation and shopping centers, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
The room I stayed in left much to be desired. the carpet was old and stained and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be.
